Hello. I had to rip all of my carpet out due to this transmission plate missing a bolt, I resealed it with silicon as you can see, water still seems to be making it through, also where do I get another rubber seal that attaches to this plate? If anyone could help that would be great! Or even point me in the right direction

 

The silicon should seal it, there is no pressure forcing water in, but there can be suction when driving with window open a bit

Haven't come across replacement factory seal in my travels, but they could be out there

Is the water coming in the floor plate edge or shift plate edge?
