97' Ranger XLT nearing 100k - Maintenance Reccomendations

I bought at 97 Ranger XLT two summers ago with 83k miles on it. I'm nearing 100k miles now. It was well maintained from the two previous owners before I purchased it.

I know for a fact that I have a vacuum leak. I know I need brakes and rotors. What other maintenance recommendations do should I perform?

I have a 97 XLT also. Its been a great truck.

At 100,000 the maintenance schedule calls for the replacement of the rear axle lubricant.

Assuming V6 engine?

2 New upstream O2 sensors

The one downstream should be OK but you can replace if you want
