About to FUBAR the engine in my ranger... any suggestions?

yeah, let the truck sit for a while, when you pull the drain plug the water will be under the oil and most should come out first, the rest will burn off as the motor runs through heat cycles, nothing more you can do, it shouldn't be much and should only take off 5k miles off your motor,

Same what everyone else said. No need to run your engine or heter or funace or puppy dogs for 12 hours or whatnot...

Change oil. Run. Change oil again. Run indefinitely.

Not difficult.

i got water in my oil a couple times seafoam does a good job of getting moisture out.
