Has anyone ever attempted this? I've removed all the A/C parts except the condenser, and unfortunately the molded plastic isn't just a cut-n-glue type fix. I want to keep the blower motor, remove the condenser housing, and mold ducting from the blower to the blend door opening on the firewall.

Anyone seen it done?
