well you take out your box and cut out pieces to get better airflow another thing is removel the bafle in the air tube... Someone can prolly explain it better than me.....BTW nice Avatar

the airbox mod is for 01+ rangers.. i believe.

Actually it works for at least 98 or newer rangers. I believe anything older than that has a different style airbox. The current airbox has been the same since 98.
