If so, let me know! I'm searching for some parts I still need for my install. :)

I have my complete 2.5 sitting in my garage. If you want anything off of it, let me know.

Here ya go. This is basically the entire system, minus some various hoses which are in the box of parts shown below.

Here is the air-box (firewall side):
  • blower motor
  • accumulator
  • evaporator
  • and housings for all of those.

Then, I'll grab everything behind the dash, including the vacuum cylinders, louvers, and other goodies from the Explorer:

Down to the dash vacuum connections and wiring connectors out of the Explorer.

Finally, I have the a/c compressor, and all of the corresponding lines from the Ranger 2.5:

Here ya go. I made some progress so far...but will have it all out by the evening.

The air-box assembly came out very easily, with the removal of 5 bolts/nuts.

Here is the inside of the air box. showing the blower motor fan blades, and the evaporator on the left.

Detail of the wiring connections. Disregard the ones with masking tape labels below. They go to the cruise control and
intake system sensors.
