so everyone... heres the story. I was merging onto the interstate and while accelerating on the right-hand curve my rear driver's side tire blew causing me to spin ridiculously out of control. Oh, did i mention it was raining?! yea, jus my luck, it would hav been a simple blowout was it not for the wet roads which kept me from controling the spin. Anyways, i then spun around and still sliding through the grass on the side of the interstate. as if it doesnt sound bad enough already, i then hit the fence at a relativily good speed. well, let me rephrase that, i smashed through that fence taking down about 5 fence poles with me. YEA BABY! seeing as how i hit the poles pretty much completely sideways, i hav 4 distinct marks on my truck in which there had visibly been a conflict with a metal pole based in concrete. Once through the fence i then slid onto the Service Road which amazing had NO cars on it when sliding through. If any1 around here has ever driven on this service road on a weekday at 6 oclock, im sure u knoe its usually busy as all get out, but for sum reason, i made it in a lull... lucky me. There is substantial damage to the car, yet I am ok... which is all that counts right?! right.

Oh yea.. the worst part? i got a ticket for Careless Operation: Failure to Maintain a Vehicle

Edit: Fawk dude. That sucks ***. I cant believe that gave you a ticket for a blowout though. I would def. fight it. Hope the insurace company takes care of you!

yea... its a bummer... the whole front(bumper, grille, lights, and all), the whole drivers side, the bed, possibly the frame, and then the holding wires from the fence wrapped around and scratched and dented the passenger side as well and also the roof of the truck.. its so sad, i took all my mods off today and piled them up on the driveway and laughed at how long it all took me to put on and how easy it was to take off.... neways, i talked to my lawyer today and he said tht he knows some people and if i pay him 175$ the ticket is gone and never existed... which is much easier than fighting it. Hopefully, if they total her, i can get another ranger... but if not, im still gonna drive my brothers all the time.. haha. thanx for all of yall's concern. and here is a video on myspace that i saw.. i think this guy should get a ticket, not me...
