where i put TRUCK should it be LB2 (long bed 2WD)?

if you know any of the information i dont have or might know it, please let me know. thanks

i lost my sticker in an accident and want to make a new one.

(this sticker is white with blue and grey writing and is located on the driver door)

any help appriciated. thanks.
