4th generation BL work on 3rd generation?

I'm trying to give my a 2000 ranger BL to my friend for his 1996 ranger. Will all the body mount bolts, bumper brackets, and the steering extension fit his 1996?

Yep, there's a steering extension*** sorry, my bad. Well, he pushed up against my front bumper brackets and bent them anyways, so whatever! Thanks. Can anyone else confirm this just to be sure?
