Would these be legal in PA? My headlites are something in need of replacement, and I like black ones like these, but if I can't use them I won't get them.

Yes but my lights actually need replacing. When someone backed into the truck in the winter, it broke the mount for the driver side. You can se it moving around driving down the road. That, and they're hazier than all-get-out.
It says they are for off road and show. They are not DOT approved. That means that they are not legal in PA. With that being said, I doubt anyone would notice until you went to get them aligned. The European light pattern is very different than the US / DOT light pattern. I prefer the European light pattern.
I am a Certified PA inspection mechanic. I would not have a problem inspecting a vehicle with them on. Other mechanics may have a different opinion if they follow the exact letter of the law.

Thanks for the answers guys. I like the look but I didn't want to order them (eventually) if I'd just get pulled over for them. And Deere, whenever I got them I would probably be the one aligning them since I work at an auto shop myself.
