Adjusting Headlights

How do you go about doing this? There is a little metal clip on them that we have tried to get off and cannot...anything special i need to do?

right behind that metal clip should be a small round "thing" thats pointed upward. that adjusts the headlights up and down beam. take a small ratchet and find the right sized head and simply turn it until you get your desired height. note; you cannot adjust the sde to side beams, only the up and down.

Yes I only need up and down

By "behind" the metal clip, do you mean behind as in the front of the truck or behind to the back of the truck...do you not have to take the metal clip off?

its on your headlight housing itself. its like a round thing. ill take a pic in a sec.

OK i won't take a pic i have no clue where my camera went

yeah dont remove those clips... just get a socket for those bolts that sticks out between the headlight and header panel...

Is 01-08 the same as 98-00? You guys are telling him how to adjust the 01+
