adjusting headlights

on my '87 ranger, the guy that had it before me decided to install new headlights, which is ok because their quite nice halogens, but he didn't seem to angle them right. The point too low and i have to turn on my highbeams in order to see well. How might i go about adjusting them to aim higher?

If that's a square headlight I believe it gets adjusted by a screw on the side for left to right movement and a. Crew on top for up and down.

I may be wrong but I thought those Rangers had adjusting screws (that face forward) around the headlight bucket?
