Bad CV Axle, would it pull vehicle?

I believe I have a bad CV axle, I get the usual clicking sound.

But I'm curious, Would a bad CV axle be bad enough where it would pull the vehicle over slightly when driving straight on the highway?

Yes, click sound means something is sticking then releasing so would slow that axle down, if axle is connected to the wheel, like 2001 and up Ranger 4x4s, then it would pull to that side a bit
