Absolutely. Good news on his condition -- now what about the truck?

Victor is ok, no injuries. SEATBELTS WORK!
I was right behind him, 2 lane road, guy coming the other way swerved left of center to pass a car in front of him. Victor went right to avoid, started sliding in the grass, when he came back up on the road he was completly sideways, truck went over onto the passenger side then up on the roof, came to rest on the roof half on the road, half on the grass on the other side of the road. When I got to him, me & another passerby were able to get the driver door open (not easy with roof caved) Victor was still buckled in. He unbuckled & crawled out. OK here's a couple of pics.
