I know that its is a little outside your price range but you should get shackles, they are a great mod. I got mine shipped for $63 I think. The best $63 bucks you can spend. Also you can do the headlight mod, its free! Basically, you can use your fogs and brights at the same time, I love it.

Ummm I did the headlight mod already. Posted in this thread before. The headlight mod is where you paint the inside of you headlights. The foglight mod it where you make them both run. I think but ehh there close enough. The only think I dont like about shackles are that they just raise up the rear. I dont like the rake.

If your t-bars are still in good shape and you crank them all the way and then you do the shackles then its fairly level. Mine was anyways. My measurements from bottom of fender flare to the ground are:
Front: 36.5"
Rear: 38"
I wouldn't want it any more level than that, for a truck that's fairly level.

Then it rides like crap, I had maxed bars for a day and it was unbearable. I highly do not recommend it.
