I have seen the ground straps, I was just thinking it was something else. I have been soaking the bolts to help with the ease of breaking then loose. I have also read a bit about the a/c line to know to watch out for it.

I don't want to go with a 3" because with my campershell on thats going to but alot of extra stress on the body mounts when off roading. Also when I test fitted the swampers it looked like the 1" plus a mild t-bar crank will do the trick and if my plans for the straight axle works out over the winter I will not need the body lift any was.

My friends refuse to have anything to do with a body lift and have thoroughly talked me out of it. But hell, I'll spend the $200, drive to MI, and pick up a quarter keg if you guys are offering!

I angled my bracket at about a 45 degree angle with the open end the furthest down, the end bolted being the furthest up. This cleared the nerf bar. I'm pretty sure I was able to use the one hole that was already drilled for the brakeline for one of the bolts.
