Icon6 Bought another toy...

saw it on craiglist 3 hours ago went and test rode it...hehehe and bought it. going to Abilene Sat. to pick up the 2000 Kawasaki super sherpa i bought last week. decided this mode would be better than beating the crap outta the truck offroad..

my straps were too long had they are the same ones from when i had my cbr and i hated them theres a loop in the middle that doesnt let you go down hence the one two ghetto rigged insted of two on the forks. and the tool box is gonna have to come off to haul both.

nice, i was looking on craigs for a supermoto, something i can still ride to work and get good gasmileage, and take offroad too.

thanks yall my goal tomorrow is to rig up a air filter until i can find a airbox for it and to get all the red gone. still have a little krylon fusion 4 plastic left.

I can't tell for sure by the pictures... but it kinda looks like vinyl stickers? Maybe it's just a hack paintjob. Either way... I agree... the red has GOT to go. lol

You dont have to take out the tool box, just let the rear tires hang over the tailgate. I have a tool box that is wider than yours and haul my WR450 and my bros XR650 all the time (each of which weigh significantly more than your bike) with absolutely no problems.

do you use wheel chocks in the the front? i took all ten of my bed bolts out and put d-rings on them so i have plenty of tie down points. i was worried it would fall out the back with the tire hanging off the tailgat.

im hoping just vinyl i kinda think the clearcoated over for some reason. im gonna access it today in the daylight and pry just take some sand paper and shoot all the plastics again. my dad said make sure its yellow. i said dad i think somebody spray plainted it black ina haste...

sold it today had it priced high just bored to see if would sell and guy bought it for my asking price.. buying a 96 klr 650 on saturday. put the bike up on advrider.com and it sold in a cpl hours. delivering it to balmorhea tx next sat.
