Built a web site for my 1985 "Antique" Ranger. Have a look?.

Yes friends. The cold snowy rainy days of winter. There almost gone for the spring, but, while stuck inside I desided to build a web site for my 1985 "Antique" Ranger project.

If ya wanna have a look, here's the URL. Comment? Suggestions?..

http://www.kc2dok.columbiawebtech.com/

This was web space I wansen't useing anymore. So, it was still available, and here's the site. Comment suggestions are all welcome. What ya think?.

Site looks good.
I'll look at it from time to time, see your progress.

I had an 83 regular cab, 4wd 2.8 years ago, also red.

Enjoy your project!

You can certainly call your truck what ever you want but the definition of Antique is 100 years old or more. It would be better suited as Vintage. Regardless, your site is nice and I like what you are doing with your truck.

Thank you. I'll be up dating the site as I do stuff to the truck. Thanks.

It would be nice if I could call the truck "Fido" and have em fetch me a glass of iced tea once in a while... LOL... Vintage is a good name, but Antique has stuck here in this home.. Actually, it was my son who first called it a "Antique". It's older than him!... Anyway, it stuck. Be like re-naming your Dog or Cat after 12 weeks.

Thanks. I'm still tweaking it, still cold outside...

In MA you can register your vehicle as "Antique" if it is at lest 25 years old. This negates the "No louder than stock exhaust law" but I believe there is a yearly mileage limit.

That is a really nice looking truck BTW.
I cant wait to see the finished photos.

Thanks to all of ya... There are a few things I still need before I start the inside. If anyone has or can get them let me know. Junk yards in S NJ aren't well stocked with these these days. Waiting for the day I have to go to Philly and hit the 61st street junk yards too. Might just deside to take a trip one day.

But anyways, if anyone has the following let me know. Keep the web site, and check it once in a while. I plan to up date with pictures as progress procedes.

Original Radio (AM or the Am/FM Cassette) perhaps someone has a radio sitting on the shelf?.

Complete set of red seat belts. They are blue now. Middle, seat and side mounted parts.

Cig lighter. You don't know how difficult it is to find this.

Un faded good condition RED steering wheel. That may be difficult item too.

Parts from a Bronco II are interchangeable as for the standard stuff and some engine stuff. But the things listed above are interchangeable.

I am waiting for the nice weather to get into the inside and the under... During the winter cold days I been hitting the junk yards and collecting parts and working on it here and there. Got the engine running good.
