A/C compressor doesn't cycle

Is this normal? For the longest time, it used to cycle constantly, like every 4-5 seconds, but at the same time it never was super cold. I found a leak in the high pressure valve so I replaced the valve and refilled the system. Now the compressor runs constantly as long as the air is turned on. It also blows super cold. I LOVE IT! But I've always heard its supposed to cycle, so I'm hoping I'm not damaging anything. I really don't think I overfilled it.

I also want to point out I don't see any frost anywhere on the a/c lines. Just a lot of condensation. It has always done that, but I think there may be more condensation now than there used to be.

It is a '96 2.3L.

Its only supposed to Cycle when your R-134a is low, its technical term is called a Quick Cycle.
so actually, Quick Cycling is bad, it means there is something wrong, running all the time is good.
