Camper, extended living vehicle conversion

hello all

Seeking ideas, designs, plans tips and suggestions on making my 1994 Mazda truck into a camper for weekend and extended travel. It has a V6 4x4 with manual transmission, everything is manual, no power windows or locks.

All ideas welcomed!

I hope to build this camper myself using a ready made cap but open to complete build plans and designs too.

Thanks for the link, long term is fine as I hope to spend a good deal of time in it, months at a time I hope.

Then I think getting rid of the bed gives you more options, and room since you can go a bit wider.

And even have a smaller trailer, as needed.
