Plugs/wires/coil pack, etc

How often should these things be changed? I'm about to hit 48K on my 05 and thinking about doing a tune up and whatever now that I scrapped the idea about getting an 09 ranger. I want to keep this truck running strong. What do you all suggest I should do to keep it running trouble free? I'm doing the trans fluid in a few weeks as weather permits and the coolant this next fall.

I like to change the plugs and wires a little early at around 60K. The coil pack will last quite a while before it needs changing.

My original coil pack started to give me grief w/ cyl #6 @ 142K miles. I also changed the plugs and wires at that time as well. I had changed them @ 46K miles (96K miles before).
