well, the 33's i put on my truck are huge. and really wide. i think it might look okay after the body lift. but just to be safe with the law, i think i want to put some flares on it. because they stick out about 3" or so..

what flares are cheap? and easy to install?

those are the bushwackers, but from pics i've seen the bushwackers for rangers aren't that style..

 

Cheapest are the JCW, but they are the old old style.. they work, and are bolt on, but not the best looking.
