Hey guys, I am looking at buying a 1997 mustang aztec gold, the one I am looking at is $6,000. I was wondering about how much I should ask for my truck. I checked kbb and it was around $4,000.

I have a 94 ford ranger splash
2wd
automatic
K&N air filter
flomaster exhaust
tonneau cover
keyless entry
power windows & locks
bullitt rims $ stock tires and rims

It has 88,000 miles
well taken care of
just wanting to get some ideas.

Assuming it's nice inside I'd say 4.7-5.5k easy.

What kind of engine work has been done on the mustang? If it's pretty much stock I recommend you not to buy this car. It may be nice but they are really slow. Look into getting at least a 99-04. These have PI motors which have 45 more horse than the 96-98's.

6000 may be steep for that year mustang

 

the mustang is 97 with a 2002 PI motor with lots of extras, only 22,000 miles on new motor, new transmission, flowmaster exhaust, body has 120,000 miles on it.

what do you guys think.

How you get kbb to get your truck to 4000?
Mines 1800 whether I put 185k or 10k miles into the kbb calculator thing.
