Decided it was time for a new truck

Went onto craigslist, found a 1993 Extended cab, black with grey interior, auto and the 4.0L.

This is the picture the seller sent me a few days ago. I will get more pictures later when I get a chance to clean it all up.

Needs some mods to stand out.....looks like a good base to start with. The 4.0L is a good start for sure.

Looks like a good blank slate. What are your plans for it?

Had a 92 with the 2.3 and 5 speed. It got wrecked back in April, I have been driving the shop van around since then. Yes, bought it this morning.

Plans for it, LED brake/turn signal bar across the back, a decent tint on the windows, a hitch, possibly some chrome rims, or may go aluminum alcoa's, to match my boats trailer. It needs some cleaning bad, but everything should come right out.

Not doing anything crazy, just want something good to work and back, and then tow the boat from the shop to the lake or house. Transmission was rebuilt two years ago, and has a big cooler on it.

I will most likely get rid of the tool box and find a toneau cover.

I also want to do some type of mild stereo, nothing crazy. I do not want to have to worry about it getting stolen, everything will be hidden somehow.

Also, where can I find some LED brake lights, that look stock? I dont want the LED bulbs, it does not look right.

It also needs a chrome grill, and a new passenger mirror (just the mirror part, not housing).
