diesel in a ranger

i was at chapters today and say a mag called "diesel builder". anyone heard about it? anyways, there was this young guy who put a cummings motor in his lifted ranger. it looked really good. the truck was yellow with "custom metal airbrush paint" under it. kinda like the yellow was pealing off and revealing the metal under it.
i didn't buy it, thus have no photos to share with you guys. but if you guys go and look for it, it looked pretty sweet.

Look on youtube. There are videos of Rangers with 4BT Cummins motors in them.

First, it's Cummins... no g...

Hmm... sounds exactly like a truck that we featured in the August 08 issue of Diesel Power...

Either way, there are many 4bt Rangers, and even a few 6bt and Powerstroke Rangers floating around.

4bt is a 4cyl and 6bt is a 6cyl... both inline. There are also different variations on both of them...

Where I work we build the
3.9 cummins 5.9 cummins and the 8.3 cummins

3.9 & 5.9 are exactly the same just the 5.9 has 2 more cylinders

Ill have to try and snap some pictures next time I build one.

The main bearings are confusing as hell to figure out which ones you need
