Difference between 4X4 and fx4 series

Difference between 4X4 and fx4 series
i have a 03 ranger 4x4 and i was just curious what the differences are in the 4x4 from the fx4. Another thing is the level 2 just better suspension and tires or what?
not sure about a standard fx4 but the level two has blistens, alcoas, 31 bfgs, and i think the front end is a little diffrent...
