Yea I love my truck...I would defintaly buy another one...but I am 6ft 7in tall and would get a bigger one though....I wrecked mine about 6 months after I got it brand new...this girl pulled out infront of me so i went to pass her...she turned into me...we hit side to side...I took out 65 foot of cyclone fence and hit a 125 year old tree (in a cemetary) knocked it completly out of the ground roots and all...i didnt even bend my frame...I hit it goin about 25-30mph...all they had to replace was the radiator cause a limb came through and bent a couple of the fins...but I mean they had to replace alot of other crap...over 8000 dollars worth of damage...but Fords are the Best built trucks in my opinion and I feel very safe for that reason...

Yes its an 03 lvl 2.

I would definately buy another ranger this is also my 3rd. However at times i'd like to have something bigger, but more then likely i'd just get a lvl 2

my truck is an ext cab stripped edge, and i like it. if i rolled/crashed it, id want another ranger. and if i like my truck, i couldnt imagine how i'd feel about having a level II.

Do Rangers suck? i think not

if I totalled my ranger, I'd buy either a full size Heritage f-150 or a semi prerunnered Ranger. Extended arms and such with glass.

if i wrecked my ranger, i'd probably step up to an F150, or find a car, i dont think i'll be buying another ranger (although i am happy with my current truck, i just don't see myself getting another if something were to suddenly happen).

This is my 3rd ranger. I plan on keeping this one forever but I want an ecconomical car for a DD and trail this one or for camping and what not. I love my truck and would probably get another if this one had to be replaced.

hopefully nothing will happen. if something were to happen I'd go with either level2 or reg cab f150 4x4 and lift it to the sky

cant say anything bout owning a ranger since i dont but i know sarah said she wont get another ranger, she'd rather a FSB instead or a 92-96 F150...

but id get a ranger for a DD or trail rig...but i dont really need ANOTHER truck. i have access to three as is and a total of four 4wds... :-D

I loved my Ranger, but I had done so much to the Ranger that I didnt want to have to do over again. It would be like coloring a whole coloring book and then when youre done, buying the same one and coloring it again. I might not use the same colors, but its the same book.

I need a new truck to play with.

I think the reason ppl tend to want something other than a ranger is b/c it seems alot of the accidnet are off road, and they don't want to be back in that situaion so they tend to lean more to an incapable off roader (ie car). i am just the oppisate, i was going to die in my ricer so I got a nice slow moving 4x4.

When Bobby stalled the Ranger on the railroad tracks and the truck got hit by a train, Hank got a new Ranger. He ..sniff..snifff.. put his old shifter ball on the new Ranger. He also moved up to a 4WD.

reply to first post:

I had a 2003 edge. I was happy with it but.... got rear-ended and it was totaled.

Bought an 89 Ranger S/C and it did the job, but I sold it when ....

I replaced it with a 2004 Edge. I still have it and am happy with it.

Does that answer your question?

well I sold my old ranger just so I could buy another one (granted one that wasnt a base-ish modle like my old one was)

I love my truck but I must say if I could have my old one back I would take it...

If I was in the market for another vehicle...I would proably look into a new 150

Unsure, I like my truck, but its been in the shop WAY too many times. I feel sure that I could find something that I like as much without the quality issues.

Well, I made a mistake when I bought my Ranger. I took the good deals and got an Edge on the cheap, but it was a 4X2 with a 3.0. That proved to make me very unhappy after about 6 months of owning it. I have since traded it in on a 2005 Mustang GT, then sold my 95Z28 and bought a Lifted BroncoII. If I was to do it again. I would love to have an Edge 4X4, but now they are not making them. I loved having all the noice features and still having a vinyl floor. I would still have it if I could would have bought a 4.0 Edge 4X4 extended cab, though I would have had to have spend like 6K more than what i paid for my 4X2.

Live and learn I guess. Th avatar picture above me is the one I should have bought
