Heck Ya! I put it through the paces! I'll take it places and do stuff with it most 4wd guys wouldn't attempt in 4wd.

Most of the places I go kayaking are off the beaten path so yeah, I wheel in my 2wd. Cyprus knees will stop a 4wd dead in it's tracks too so it doesn't matter that I only have 2wd right now.

For the last 5 years I have. I just did a SAS and I'm making my truck 4WD.

Go to my Cardomain site in my signature and click the link to my movies. You'll see me wheeling my truck in some of them in 2WD.

And Shane, thanks for the compliment, lol.

i used to take my old ranger offroad all the time. i wish i had some pics of my little 2.3L pulling out this lifted chevy 1/2 ton. that guy was kind of pissed that i pulled him out because he said it wouldn't be able to.... proved him wrong and i felt proud of my truck.

then i sold her and got my a 4wd.

had a second thought....

i should warn u that ur truck is not designed for offroading. a 4wd is going to be better protected from the elements. by this i mean a 4wd will be sealed and protected in places not necessary for a 2wd. another thing to keep in mind....... 2wd or 4wd, if u take it offroad be prepaired to get stuck. never go out alone.

When I first got the truck, I was getting into everything. Now the "Ahhhh" has worn off and I mainly keep it on the pavement. It might see a back road every now and then, but I like to keep it clean now. I've have my fun of beating vehicles up.
