I have had my license plate stolen once and my sticker stolen once after I bought the screws that take the special tool to remove. Then after my sticker was stolen I bought a plastic cover. This was all on my Cherokee that I owned before this truck.

Our stickers here are also numbered on the bottom of them to go with the license plate, but people still don't care because they can still cruise around with them as long as they don't get pulled over.

i've seen one or two plates that have had the sticker cut off. so there is a corner missing fromthe plate. that's what they do up here for theft. we also have two types of plates. white with black letters for trucks and white with blue letters for cars/suvs/personalized.

Yeah In parts of Norfolk you have a problem with people stealing registration stickers and Inspection Stickers. So i moved to Chesapeake (more of a rural city)

People steal them in cali here, so I take a razor blade as soon as I put it on and cut it in every direction so if someone tries to take it all they get is pieces.

ditto. I had them stolen off of my Cougar once. Ever since then I cut them up every single time on every single car I own. I even had a plate stolen off of my old Galaxie once. Jerks! it was an OG black and yellow too!
