Icon2 Does anyone know the white gromet/plastic pins that Ford uses?

Ford uses these whitish/clearish cone like plastic pieces that are used throughout the truck. They are definitely used with the sun visors and the little visor clip, but I can't seem to source them anywhere. I don't know the name/part number to even search.

The problem is these are plastic and what normally screws into them are the metal screws which eventually strip them.

Does anyone know where to get these or have extras by chance?

Thanks,
-Nigel

I think I know what you mean. Are they these things?
Ford Trim Panel Retainer White Nylon
If not, look through this site, they have a lot of similar fasteners and clips that Ford uses:
Ford Clips And Fasteners
Hope this helps.

All autoparts stores will have them, just take a sample of what you have, along with a screw, they are not Ford specific.

Yes, they are not meant to be reused several times, so will strip out if screw is removed and reinstalled a few times
