I was give and abandoned 94 ranger with one of the two sliding doors on the rear window missing. I've found some collectors that have the full window but I was wondering if I can just pull one of the sliders out? If so is there a technique?

 

You can just replace the back glass from your slider. I believe the rear window is the same from like 83 to 2010. They have retaining bolts that have to be removed first to get the whole window assembly out, than you just slowly work the window out. I just did this recently on my 03. It's actually simple. There are a bunch for sale on ebay. Single replacement panes are available for the sliders too. It's easy to pull the glass out and put back together. Check out YouTube for videos.
