That I just saw a Truck I identical to mine (minus 06 tails) I need new Mods... But tight on cash what do? People keep saying they are seeing my truck around at places that im not haha I need to change appearances

I have the same problem. Have a very good friend/ cousin that has a truck almost identical to mine. Only difference just glancing at it is the tires.

Its Got cranked Tbars... I have Tint and I do Want to go darker for the rear 3 windows

Also Its hard to find a Fleetside bed in good condition

 

Do a rangerboy101 rim spray job.....DSG them bad boys!! Either that or rotate the rear wheels to the front so the brake dust mods will match.

I think you're truck would look good with modded headlights....do 'em in Duplicolor Metalcast black chrome!!

Only person I found that would trade with me has an STX bed,

 

I never see trucks that even have any of the mods I have, since mine are so unique.

You should do the "under the door led strip with transistors" mod.

 

Get a big red or blue camper shell!! Nobody will mistake you then. You can get one for $50-$100 off of Craigslist if you watch daily. No mistaken identity anymore!

And I would do the headlight mod, try and find a light bar for cheap, or get a camper.

Its a Ford Dealership that has an online parts department, they sell parts for 10% above their cost. That's the best price I've found on OEM Ford parts. Their customer service is great, and their shipping is quick and very reasonable.

Buy your emblems, etc, off of them

 

How does $44.16 plus shipping sound for 3 06 Ranger Badges ($10.66 ea) and a 07 ST 4x4 Emblem ($12.18 ea) sound... Im still gonna see what they cost at the Local Dealer as well as A 9" Oval

 

-move lights to behind the grill
-nightshade tails
-newer mirrors
-color match front and rear bumpers
- 06 tailgate ford emblem
- and headlight mod for sure.

I took them off cause I was worried about a ticket... and people driving to close

 

yea in cal you cant have em, if the tints super light the cops will leave you alone, but i got rolled in my black on black accord a month after tinting the tails

 

Without those front aux fog lights, it's a pretty stock and common looking Ranger. You'll need some work to stand out of the crowd.

Off the top of head from first glance, I'd say:

- 06 Emblems (Cheap mod)
- Paint the chrome rear bumper and front bumper cover black (another cheap mod)
- Black headlights and corners mod (but it's becoming too popular)

Other then that, you'd have to lift it and add huge meats........or lower it with low pros. You could always just repaint it...LOL
