Just finishing my timing chain project on the 04 4.0l and I noticed (finaly) that my egr is blocked off in the intake and at the manifold. No knowledge from previous owner deleting it. Been driving years on it just thought it was odd. Passes emissions every year though. Is this common on the 4.0

 

some of the 4.0s came factory with no EGR system, i know my 2003 didn't have one

 

Weird I've had numerous rangers and never seen it. First 4.0 I've had though.
