How does one know which type of throttle control one has?

I have a 2010 XLT 4x4 manual shift. (It's a Mazda) but we all know its 100% Ford Ranger.

I look and I see a cable on the throttle. I assume I do not have ETC???

But then I am not very knowledgeable.......

 

If it has a cable up to the throttle body, then it's not electronic throttle control.

 

Rangers/B-series never had electronic throttle

I think the Explorers got them in 2008 or so
