OK guys it's what the topic says i beat this dude driveing this decked out honda....he took off at around 40mph so my 2.8 didn't have a problem with getting out from him.... but i'm sure glad i was ahead of him when my rev limiter stated cuting the engine out...but his hit at just about the same time so i stayed infront of him... BUT!! on the other hand....we were wizzin around a corner and yes the police department is on this corner and my moms a cop right..well just so hapends she was out side on break! yup sucks for me but no ticket but a hell of a chewing......

yeah i don't know why i'm thinking 2.8...i'm loseing my mind anyway.... my 2.3 has alot of room to grow...and if it wasn't that dang limiter i would have any problems but after i get my E fan new pullys and a chip i should have a little hot rod 4cyl lol

 

And still hopefully get 20+ MPG.

 

lol i just filled up today and went 312 miles to the tank so i figure i'm still doin pretty good... and thats with the MAF Mod,Cheese box , home made Ram Air and K&N filter

 

damn dude, i raced a honda civic and a honda accord at the same time.. both brand new.. accord stock but the civic had rims and an exhaust, maybe intake but i kicked their asses real bad.. i wonder if there is a way to get rid of my rev limiter.. im sure there is through the ecu.. cause thats just lame how it cuts off at 95mph.

 

its 92mph, and you can get rid of it with a chip. www.bamachips.com is the way to go.

 

And get a driveshaft loop if you do.

 

honda kill count for me is 3 now..
tonight after work my friend showed me his car he just bought. he got it from some guy. he put an exhause and intake on it.. it was a vtec. i rode in it, and it's quick, and i thougth that he might be able to keep up with me but when we got to the stoplight right outside target(my work), we took off and i just ******* killed him. and he was sooo0o sure he could kick my *** because he had a stick and i was driving an automatic.. fun times

 

I still havent found a limiter in my 99 yet. I've had mine up to about 97 or 98.
