i have used my ranger for work before when i tow around a stump grinder. i have had at lest a 1000 pounds of logs in my bed from a job before but this is my main work truck i drive around all the time

My tools are in mine pretty much all the time. Only weigh 200lbs or so. Plus my employer tends to load me up quite a bit when I'm heading out to jobsites.

I agree...isn't this a little bit above the payload rating on the truck?
