Front bar

okay so im picking up a late model ranger 2001-04 and i was looking into front light bars and such. i like the look of the westin safari bar but ive heard they are cheap and not strong at all. i dont like the look of the full brush gaurds, and i read that the WAGG bars arnt made anymore? any suggestions guys?

I have a full brush guard like christians (manik brush guard) if you will come to ohio and pick it up.. and it has KC's on it

the only front bar i like is the waag one and right now your best bet is to get one used since the group buys on gen edge seem to be done

Are you looking for something just to hold lights and for looks, or something stong? Nothing is super strong unless you go custom or with a different bumper. If you like the look of the safari bar, go with that.

Any front bar that bolts underneath reduces approach angle and I hate them for that reason. If you are serious about offroading, consider not adding anything that will impact your approach angle. There are other ways to mount lights. My .02...

yeah i want something that i can mount lights to, and i planned on going with the safari bar, but i dont need it getting all bent and stuff on my 1st time out with it. what about the westin bull bar with the skid plate? does that still mount underneath? thanks guys

yes but its a little nicer..but still a angle reducer bar...

best thing if you dont want it hanging down just get light tabs
