I changed a flat yesterday and now my truck is acting like i have trash in my filter.cbanged filter still doing it.all i did was jack up passenger rear...im lost!

 

Cranks and idles like new...reving it it bogs and sputters at 3000 rpms

Year and engine size and transmission type?

Computer controlled engines have a REV limiter, which limits fuel at around 3,000RPM if speedometer is under 5mph or clutch pedal is down or trans is in Park or Neutral

Where did you get the jack and spare tire release bar from, any wiring around there?

 

Jacked it under axle passenger rear..spare is a drop down from under bed....jack was in the bed of tbe truck..

 

2010 ford ranger xlt 2.3 liter 4x2...literally all i did was jack up the rear passenger change a tire and bogging started

Well the EVAP canister is back by spare tire in 2010
But any problems there would turn on CEL with EVAP code

You could check vacuum level return or tailpipe flow when REVing engine, maybe Cat or Muffler was rusted out and a piece inside moved and is now partially blocking exhaust flow.

As you have surmised there really is no obvious connection between changing a tire and engine operation, on a Ranger, or pretty much any other vehicle

Engine bogging in general can be caused by dirty MAF sensor, easy to clean.
Try having Codes Read, free at auto parts stores, and then have them reset the computer, WRITE DOWN any code but don't buy any parts to fix a code

 

p0007 code is fuel shut off valve "A" control circuit high
could be faulty,open,shorted,or bad connection is what it reads....
Does this sound possible

 

My fuel pump hasnt stopped working..im going to check connections ..im still lost...some times it acts like a new truck next minute bogging..

 

Fuel pressure regulator....this.is probably my culprit...boggs during cruising
