full size spares as daily drivers? need help

hello and thanks for reading. I am new here and searching for some answers. I recently bought 4 spare steel wheels for my 2002 Ranger. these steel wheels are full size spares most likely from other rangers or explorers . they all look the same and were barely used . My plan was to paint them black and put new tires on them.
I've been looking for info on speed ratings and safety etc... I also notice that the police wheels on the older crown victorias look like the same steel wheel that I bought. there are even steel wheels which look the same as these spares for sale on certain websites. these are called "8 ovals" steel wheels.
On police vehicles they have a chrome ford center cap. I believe they are the same exact thing as these spare wheels , however being that these are spares are they just temp use only? or are those steel wheels for sale a stronger and higher speed rated wheels? I would like to use them as daily drivers for a long time.
thanks to everyone and ill post more as im getting my ranger back to top Cond.

Yeah.....many Ford Ranger spare tires have black versions the exact 15x7 wheel posted above on that XL. Newer ones have black versions of the 15x7 7-spoke silver or chrome wheels. And some others came with the exact 16x7 wheel that 98-02 P71 Crown Victoria's came with. The only time you should be concerned is if they were attached to a space saver donut.

You're fine! They're the same as what many of them rolled off the floor with on all 4 corners.

Funny story.... so my truck came stock with 16" aluminum wheels. The spare tire was 2 sizes smaller with a 15x7 steelie just like the picture above. A friend of mine...her truck came with 15" chrome-clad steel wheels yet the spare was the 16" Police Interceptor wheel. lol.

hey, thanks for the reply! yea I think ill be ok. im more concerned with the safety because my wife will be driving the ranger until I can teach her how to drive a manual on the f150!! but I plan on keeping her forever. and the wife too :) so I replaced all the little things that were wrong. now just finding some fenders to replace the dents. if they had me working at the ford plant , Id get it right.
