Nice! My buddys mom has a black one extended cab non supercrew black leather interior z71 with the 5.3. I've driven it twice and both times i wanted to get rid of my truck for one haha

 

Looks good, I always have liked that gen sierras.

 

^^haha....x2!! I've got a few friends with 03-07's and I absolutely love 'em. A couple of my old work trucks were 03-07 GM's too. Below is one of my buddys and one I was popping wood for all day long at the drags...





too bad the newer body style ones are still wicked expensive. lol.




They're both nice *** trucks and dare I say it, nicer than 04+ Fiddy's IMO.

 

yea the current silverados/sierras are really nice trucks...too bad theyre so expensive

 

Very nice! And I agree on the GM's being nicer, especially the newer ones. My favorite is the newest style Sierras. IMO their interior destroys the F150s, the F150 has gotten too gaudy inside.

 

Shoot, I think even the last bodystyle GM interior crushes the last bodystyle 150's. Mostly in the comfort areas. new ones....holy shiz they are freakin' nice! Even the bowtie wearin' ones. And I'm not even including the Denali's. Those are too lush anyhow. lol.

I agree with you on the Platinums, I like the FX4 though. Way to much silver going on in there. I hate all fake wood trim period, never been a fan.

 

Yeah, I liked the new GM's but they were too pricey. But to me this is a better looking truck, I looked for months to find one with the factory fender flares, makes it look like an HD. But it's a 1500, SLT with leather, console and bose sound, 5.3L vortec. My girlfriend has an 04 ext cab, and I fell in love.....with her and the truck...., just wanted a crew version.

Sorry but i have to DISAGREE, although the GM trucks have come a long way, theyre interior will never touch how nice Fords are.

 

Nice new ride..i have to say i understand wanting to get into a bigger truck.....now with that said i like that yr body style but the newer ones are total CRAP!!!! transmissions are CRAP, interior looks nice but its all glorified CHEAP CRAP....no real qaulity material...the only thing i can say nice about'em is that the motors due hold up well but that's really about all, but that still doesnt make up for the CRAP and payin 30k+ for'em new and gettin a big pile of CRAP that wont last 2 mins in a muddy field because they sink like a rock unless you got another 20k in moddification..but then your just wasting your money on puttin good parts on CRAP that wont last as long as it does!! END RANT thank you for veiwing............

I still think Ford's interiors are way nicer

 

I like the 03-06 Silverado 2500HDs. The ones with the 454s are delicious.

I <3 my dads 09 Sierra. I wish it had the 6.2 instead of the 5.3 though.

my dad used to have a z71 in that body style. awesome truck

now he has an 08 2500 4x4 sierra fully loaded. the interior is WAY NICE. and has no interior rattles even after 60k miles like the previous gen

What...you don't like that relaxing dashboard rattle all of the 07+ trucks seem to have...even new? I hate the cheap interiors too. The hard plastic feels like Dodge ****

 

LOL!!! dont even get me goin on Chrysler products!! its no wonder mercedes dropped'em!!! its even more of a wonder they even picked'em up to begin with!!
