This morning on the way to the doctor it was $2.06 and then on the way back it went up to $2.19. go figure

 

2.04 and dropping about 2 cents a day

first time in a year i filled up half a tank for less than 12 dollars

 

2.81 for regular here.

But I put in premium and that was 3.05 today.

 

2.37 and still dropping...

i put in $20 worth today just to hedge a little...

 

Lowest that I have seen it in the Twin Cities was $2.04 still at $2.20 up north here.

Paid 2,33 today, first time in a while I filled the truck for 35 bucks.

 

I've been able to fill mine for 30 lately.. Still paying like 50-60 a week Don't know if thats good or not, ha but I run the truck 5-6 days a week about 60 miles a day.

 

We just hit $2.48 the other day. Cost me $33 to fill from 1/8 tank, I couldve cried I was so happy haha.

I heard that rumor about two months ago and than the economy took a dump.... They won't do it now unless the economy goes back up because if they do it now they will bankrupt the entire world.

 

$30 a tank of gas! Man, how big our your gas tanks. at $2.79 it would still cost me around $55 to fill up from 1/8ish...I figure I have a 18-20 gallon tank. I have a 2000 xlt Ranger.

 

I fill mine from a quarter of a tank takes 30 bucks to fill it. not bad I guess.

 

OPEC did in fact meet last week Friday to decide to cut production. They want to cut it by 1.5 million barrels per day I believe. Coincidentally, the day they announced they were cutting production, crude oil dropped by $5/barrel. It has gone up a little since then, but still about 55% lower than our high around 4th of July. Who knows how long it will last.

 

2 weeks ago i filled my truck at the fuel light, $64....I filled it up today on the fuel light, $38. Gas hasnt gotten into the $1 range yet but im anxiously awaiting it, judging by the posts the low prices are moving in a NorthEasterly direction!!

Just got gas at the local Shell yesterday (10/30/08) $2.75.9. Got gas at the same station on 10/10/08 and it was $3.43.9. That's $1.59 per gallon in THREE WEEKS. The highest I personally paid was $4.21.9 on 08/02/08. My son told me he was paying $4.65 per gal in July where he lives in Palmdale Calif.

 

err.. no that would be 0.68 less.. anyway it is still a 20% reduction in 3 weeks..
it's going down too fast...if it can go down fast it can go up faster...

come on how is oil now $67 per bbl and 3 months ago it was $145???
freaking traders are messing everything up...

let's see what happens after the election.
