Is this a good deal?

This guy has a 92 ranger 4x4 4.0L 5-speed extended cab
120k miles, the tranny is 4 years old
he wants 2900 but will take like 2700 for it
Is that a good deal?
He is an old guy so its not like it has been driven hard

if its that good a shape, i say its worth that. make sure the u-joints in the 4wd dont clunk and that the front end is tight when you take it for a spin. if all thats good, buy it. sounds like a nice truck
