well i wake up to sleet/frozen rain hitting my window so i look out to see my truck look like a Popsicles and to see my antenna is frozen to my truck lol

 

we are getting the same thing... crappy weather stinks. but not like it matters to me Ive got papers to write all day

Way back in the day when I had a magnetic CB antenna as well, I needed it to stay in place since we were on a multi-vehicle road trip. We drove into an ice storm that was so bad, the ice was a good inch or two thick on the antenna whip. I had to use ropes like guy-wires on a tower to keep it from falling over.

 

its some nasty freezing rain, i just went outside and could barely walk.

It wasn't all that bad here in Northeastern CT. A nice layer of ice. Turned the dirt road I live on into something like a park slide greased with PAM....
