Green To Machine.

hey.

so i have a 01 4.0 SOHC XLT Ranger. i was wondering does the EDGE front bumper and valence fit on the XLT model.. and if so does someone have a picture of what that would look like?

yes, it's a direct fit, sorry, no pics. however, owning an Edge, i recommend the xlt bumper/valance. with the one color edge bumper/valance, you'll soon find that rocks chip away at the paint. but, if you really want to have an edge front bumper and you have an XLT, your going to want to change your rear bumper to match the front and replace the fender flares to match. otherwise, it would look like your truck is an XLTEDGE

yeah thats what i figured. i found one in a junk yard,the junk yard guys said i could have the bumper and valence for 100 bucks and its its in good condition. the autobody shop said that they would match the color and fix to my so truck for 125, so i figured that wasn't too bad. thanks man

**....you have 2wd or 4x4??? depends on which upper bumper you have, that will determine if the edge will bolt up. 4x4 and EDGE's share the same physical upper bumper, except ones chrome and one's painted. Notice the differences in the pics below....

(01-03 2wd XLT not showing, it's the same as the 01-03 XL, but with chrome upper.)
