headlight adjustment

I have a 2001 Ranger, and the lights shine too low. How do I adjustment my headlight so that they will be a good hight??? Thank You

there are adjustment screws located directly behind the headlight housing they look kind of like an allen wrench sticking up, find a real small socket and use that to adjust them to the right height

My 99 was 5 mm IIRC.
