Mine are aftermarket headlights, but I had a heck of a time getting one of them to go in so I gave up and had Ford put the 2 headlights in($10) while doing some other work and had them aim them too. I usually won't pay anybody for something so simple, but I was getting frustrated and running out of time to get it done.

Factory, but they still look like they aim slightly to the right away from on-coming traffic.

Just got projector headlights for my truck, Silverstars in the reflector and 4300k HID in the projector. I aimed them straight forward in the lane and equal horizontaly, the projectors are aimed perfectly below the mirror of oncoming cars but still have a nice long beam. Not to hard to adjust them with a level surface; IE) back of Wal Mart.
