Headlight question.

Okay so i got these headlights quite a while ago: http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/mytig...ghts-black.jpg
These are amazing, and they're durable. My issue is they're sort of dim, my foglights are brighter lol. The headlights have a warning sticker on them that says : No Xenon bulbs or HID. Is there anything i can do to make them brighter? It might be humorous but please don't say "turn the brights on" lol
