i'd say so since there is almost no way of getting a 4.0 to sound like that.....even though it wouldn't cost 5 grand to do motor work like that on a 302.......

Yeah I can see that point, but I guess it also puts into perspective the amount of money spent on getting to the same point. I know the SRT-10 could spend MORE money and then he would kill the Ranger, which might be close to its limit, but it was fun to see a truck worth a fraction of the price kick its ***.

That's Sweet! I beat my friend in an '05 Ram w/ a HEMI in a quick street race.
They actually put the Quad cabs on the SRT-10's in '05 too.

Yeah those SRT10's are pretty quick, even in crew cab automatic form, i drove one last summer.. I mean the whole front of the truck just feels like it wants to come off the ground when you punch it. I imagine that Ranger must be fast as hell..
