Help finding the location of the 4x4 Module

I have a 2009 Ranger FX4 4x4 automatic and am attempting to make a Neutral tow kit which is nothing more than an LED plugged into the 4x4 Module at pin 3.
Should be a simple solution considering that Ford has discontinued the kit.
Fairly simple right - What I need to know is where is the 4x4 module the instructions make reference to?

I have the instructions (attached) for the kit and it shows the light (LED) connected to pin 3 of the C81b 4x4 Module on page 8.
What I need to know is where the 4x4 module is located.

Is the 4x4 module the item pointed to on page 5 frame 23?
I know the item it references in the frame is the decal but is the 4x4 module what the decal is applied to?

Thanks for your help

2004 to 2011 Rangers had the 4x4CM behind the radio, so radio needs to be pulled out

I am showing Neutral light being activated by pin 19 in 2008 and 2010 wiring diagrams don't have a 2009 but wouldn't think it would be different
And the 12v(fuse 33) and 4x4CM wire(ground) terminate at the green connector under steering column, its where you would plug in the Neutral light that comes in the kit
