Where to even begin on what needs to be done and whats the missing piece by the lower hr
need help on figuring out what needs done to my truck figure control arms new front suspension worries me about the missing peice by the lower hr please help me out guys Mechanic in learning typically i would have my brother to ask but we lost him to drugs so now I come to the internet for help

You have a 2007 Ranger Sport 2WD, as it has torsion bar suspension instead of coils like most 2WD Rangers

Yes, the stabilizer bolt is broken on one side so needs to be replaced, I would do both sides, they are usually sold as sets in any case
Also need shocks
The rest is really based on drive-ability, shimmies and shakes, pulling to one side or the other, uneven front tire wear
